Kansas Scholars Curriculum completer (4 years of math, 3 year of science (Bio, Chem, Physics), and 2 years of world language)
All classes completed all years with 3.5 GPA OR 3.0 GPA with a C or better in 3 AP Classes (unweighted)
All Bio-Med Classes including Physics completed with a C or better. This includes Bio-Med, PLTW, and WSUTech Certification/Pre-Med prerequisite classes.
All classes Honors or AP when available (full schedule, no pass cards, 1 teacher assistant hr junior/senior year)
All community service hours completed (25 hrs per year in program)--community service hours count toward activities that someone would normally be paid for but you're doing it for free. Cannot be for immediate family members.
All experiential learning hours completed (10 hrs per year in program). Includes medical camps, shadowing, day workshops, etc.
At least two years of extracurricular (club, sport, NHS, etc.)
No academic honesty/honor code/cheating/plagiarism violations
No chronic absenteeism (missing 10% or more days in a class-includes excused and unexcused, school related absences are exempt)
No ongoing behavioral concerns or illegal activity
